Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or playing Ascension Tower, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the game. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Wocherie OÜ ("we", "us").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ascension Tower. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
You may not create more than one account per person.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Notify us immediately at info@wocherie.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use cheats, exploits, automation tools, bots, or any unauthorised third-party software to gain an advantage
Modify the game client or attempt to reverse-engineer the server
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the game servers or other players' experience
Harass, abuse, or threaten other players in chat
Use offensive, hateful, or obscene usernames or messages
Attempt to buy, sell, or trade in-game items or currency for real money outside of official channels
Exploit bugs or glitches — report them to us instead

5. Virtual items and currency

All in-game items, currencies (Gold, Diamonds), and progress are virtual and have no real-world monetary value. We do not guarantee the availability of any virtual item. We may modify, remove, or rebalance virtual items at any time without compensation.

Purchases of Diamonds or other premium content are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

All content in Ascension Tower — including artwork, code, game mechanics, text, and music — is owned by Wocherie OÜ and protected by copyright and intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. You may delete your own account at any time from the Settings screen — deletion is immediate and permanent.

Upon termination, your right to use the game ceases and all your virtual items and progress are forfeited.

8. Service availability

We strive to keep Ascension Tower available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Ascension Tower is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the game will be error-free, secure, or meet your expectations.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wocherie OÜ is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game, including loss of virtual items or progress.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the effective date at the top of this page.
